For the purpose of expanding its portfolio of green energy production from renewable resources, SNGN Romgaz SA indents to purchase photovoltaic parks and/or wind farms under the following conditions:
production capacity between 35 MW and 100 MW
in ”ready to build” phase
shall have a Feasibility Study prepared in accordance with Decision No. 907 dated November 29, 2016, on the stages of preparation and content framework of technical-economic documentations related to investment objectives/projects financed through public funds
Submitted projects (proposals) shall mandatorily provide evidence of the right to use the land throughout the operation period of the park and of a valid grid connection permit (ATR).
It is an advantage if the project is eligible for accessing non-reimbursable European funds (Feasibility Study and Cost-Benefit Analysis shall be drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Applicant’s Guide to Accessing Non-Reimbursable European Funds).
Photovoltaic parks shall have an efficiency of:
min. 20% for monocrystalline silicon panels;
min. 18% for polycrystalline silicon panels;
min. 12% for thin or semi-transparent panels;
min. 97% for inverters;
Technical-economic proposals, including the financial proposal, shall be sent to energieverde@romgaz.ro, by April 03, 2024.
