Ethics code

Romgaz Ethics and Integrity Code defines the company’s commitments in relation with shareholders, investors, employees, business partners and other stakeholders, and the principles, behaviours and conduct by which the company’s values are undertaken, the Code develops an ethical culture and ensures the performance of activities in compliance with the law, regulations, procedures and internal rules.
