ROMGAZ CEO, speaker at the Partnership for Transatlantic Cooperation on Energy and Climate (P-TECC) event

Razvan Popescu, CEO of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A., was a speaker at the Partnership for Transatlantic Energy and Climate Cooperation (P-TECC) event at the Parliament Palace, where he discussed the importance of ensuring energy security in our region and the role that ROMGAZ plays in this geopolitical and strategic context, being a pillar of stability that responds to the current and future challenges of the energy sector.

Our country is the host of the 11 energy ministers from the region, the EU Energy Commissioner, the Director General of IRENA and the US Secretary of Energy, Jennifer Granholm.

The event was attended by Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, Romanian Energy Minister Sebastian Burduja, senior officials and experts from the Romanian energy sector, and reiterated the strong commitment to the transatlantic partnership and energy cooperation.

The Partnership for Transatlantic Cooperation on Energy and Climate (P-TECC) is an initiative coordinated by the U.S. Department of Energy, together with many European countries and the European Union.
