Transaction notification

In this section, S.N.G.N. ROGAZ S.A. publishes the notifications made under Article 150 of C.N.V.M. Regulation No. 1/2006 and under Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.

C.N.V.M. Regulation no. 1/2006 was repealed on the date of entry into force of the F.S.A. Regulation no. 5/2018 regarding issuers of financial instruments and market operations, respectively June 21, 2018.
