ROMGAZ has issued the first tranche of 5-year international bonds, worth EUR 500 million, to support investment plans. The demand from investors exceeded the supply by more than 10 times, and the award interest stood at the level of 4.776%.

Fitch Ratings Limited (“Fitch”) has assigned S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A.'s (BBB-/Stable) proposed notes an expected 'BBB-(EXP)' senior unsecured rating. Fitch has also assigned Romgaz's Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme an expected 'BBB-(EXP)' senior unsecured rating.

ROMGAZ Group keeps high operational and financial performances in the first six months of 2024 (H1 2024). The consolidated net profit recorded by the ROMGAZ Group (SNG) in the first half of the year was RON 1,837.21 million, higher by 8.99% and RON 151.57 million, respectively, compared to the same period of the previous year. Natural gas production, achieved in the first six months of 2024, was 2,486.9 mil.mc, which means an increase of 4.34% compared to the production recorded in the first half of 2023.
