This section contains the notifications made under Article 150 of C.N.V.M. Regulation No. 1/2006.

C.N.V.M. Regulation No. 1/2006 on issuers and securities transactions provides that persons who have access to inside information (as defined at articles 148 (1), 148 (2) and 149 (4)) are required to notify the Financial Supervisory Authority (former C.N.V.M.) and the issuer with respect to all transactions conducted for themselves with shares admitted to trading on a regulated market and issued by an issuer in relation to whom such persons are qualified as initiated persons (paragraph 150).

C.N.V.M. Regulation no. 1/2006 was repealed on the date of entry into force of the F.S.A. Regulation no. 5/2018 regarding issuers of financial instruments and market operations, respectively June 21, 2018.
