The Ministry of Economy, Energy and the Business Environment together with Romgaz support Romanian hospitals in their fight against the coronavirus. ROMGAZ directs the amounts allotted to sponsorships to the medical sector, namely for hospitals that need nowadays help to procure medical and protective equipment against COVID-19.

ROMGAZ CEO Mr. Adrian Volintiru stated: “Following the discussions with the Minister of Economy, Energy and the Business Environment, Mr. Virgil Popescu, I decided that a priority for Romgaz is to support Romanian hospitals in the fight against coronavirus. We are all aware of the importance to support hospitals with medical and protective equipment, to ensure protection for the medical stuff and for the population to feel safe! Only together can we act properly and limit as much as possible the negative effects of the pandemic. I ensure state authorities that ROMGAZ is their trustful partner and that we will do everything that stands in our power to help Romanian hospitals”.
