9 Months 2025 Preliminary Key Operational Results

ROMGAZ maintained in the first nine months of 2025 a production level similar to that of the corresponding period of 2024, thus managing to mitigate the natural decline in production.

The main factors that supported the performance:

• Completion of investment works for the expansion of the productive infrastructure, allowing the production of 5 new wells;

• Reactivation of 134 wells through specific investment works (capital repairs);

• Optimization of the operation of wells with high productive potential, with a direct impact on operational efficiency;

• Continuation of the rehabilitation projects of mature deposits, aiming at reducing the natural decline of production and increasing the recovery factor.

Result:

By implementing these measures, ROMGAZ managed to keep the domestic natural gas production stable, consolidating its leading position on the Romanian gas production market and ensuring the premises for sustainable growth in the coming period.
