„I am thankful for the opportunity to be an employee of ROMGAZ, the largest natural gas producer in Romania. It is a dream that came true and an enthusiastic start in career.

I am a graduate of the Oil and Gas University in Ploiesti, Faculty of Oil and Gas Engineering, specialized in Oil and Gas Engineering. Ever since I was a child, I was curious about the Oil and Gas University in Ploiesti as I grew up very close to the University. My first visit to the university campus was toghether with my mom to use the ATM, and although I was young, I remember how impressed I was by the number of students in the campus, among whom I also spotted foreigners. Back home, my parents responded to all my questions and my desire to attend this university grew stonger. Many years later, I finally fulfilled it.

During the third year in college, first semester, I was drawn by the Natural Gas Production lecture of Mr. Dinu Florinel. In the beginning of the second semester, the university published on its website an announcement about ROMGAZ Scholarships, which I did not even read to the end, but for which I applied with emotion and enthusiasm. These feelings were multiplied during my interview, especially when I received the notice about being selected in the first edition of ROMGAZ Scholarships Programm.

I am grateful that my mentor is Mr. Morched GUETTAT, a man with extensive experience and principles to follow, available to respond any of my question. I am newly employed, however I feel how I grow every day, and because of this ROMGAZ is the company where I can meet my career-related onbectives.
Openheartedly, I recommend students to apply for ROMGAZ scholarships. It is a decision which can secure the best possible start in Romania’s oil&gas sector.
