Listing on the Stock Exchange – ROMGAZ Share
On November 12, 2013, S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. was listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and on London Stock Exchange (LSE). From this date Romgaz shares are traded on BVB regulated market under the „SNG” symbol. Furthermore, GDRs (global depositary receipts) issued by The Bank of New York Mellon (the GDRs depositary), having Romgaz underlying shares (1GDR=1 Romgaz share), are traded on the main market for financial instruments listed with LSE, under the „SNGR” symbol.

Shares are exclusively traded (sale or purchase) through brokers (intermediaries) authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority, the only capital market supervisory institution.
