Equipment for discharge and measurement with three-phase separation

This equipment can be used for testing productive layers with pressures of up to 700 bar; its separation capacity is 600,000 Nm3/day for a cumulated liquid flow rate of 350 cubic meter/days.

Operates at outside temperature ranging between -30 *C and + 60 *C.

Excludes the possibility of sand corrosion of the equipment.

ESD system permits shutting down in 4 points in case of extreme situations.

The operator cabin allows parameters to be read and the equipment to be operated thus personnel is not required on high risk sites.

Even under maximum flowrate operating conditions the noise produced by the discharge in the flare stack is greatly reduced. This allows the use of equipment in the vicinity of towns.

The beneficiary can monitor the performance of well testing online from his headquarter and is able to intervene in the testing program.

The equipment can be placed on wooden tiles , a concrete slab is not required.

The equipment is composed of:

1.    Pressure manifold: Pn 690 bar

2.    Well gas heater: Pn 345 bar

3.    Horizontal gas separator: Pn 100 bar

4.    Gas discharge and regulation flare, maximum flowrate: 25,000 Nm3/h

5.    Operator cabin:

- managing of electric connections of all pieces of the equipment;

- monitoring of process data;

- equipment control.
