Fluid Separation Unit

Our Twin Filter fluid separation units are manufactured in Holland. These units perform the separation of fluids resulting from well production processes. In order to reuse such fluids in washing-out operations, they need to be separated in order to eliminate all momentum impurities. The fluids pass through two filters: the first filter retains particles larger than 10 microns, and the second filter retains momentum impurities larger than 2 microns. The filters can be replaced with other screen sizes obtaining different levels of filtration.

Range of services

These separation units can be transported to the well locations and may be used for fluid separation.

1.    Filtered water flowrate:   60 – 1,500 l/min;

2.    Filtration range: 10 – 2 µ.
