Partnerships for Market Maker Services

S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. the largest and the main natural gas supplier in Romania, the company is listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and benefits as off Mai 16, 2023 of the Issuers Market Maker services, provided by Raiffeisen Bank International. Romgaz is listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange since 2013.

“We concluded this partnership for a two years period for sustaining the liquidity and the appeal of the National Gas Company shares on Bucharest Stock Exchange. We are having in view the capital consolidation and we believe that these services shall promote the company’s position strengthening for negotiating future projects financing through the share capital market”, said SNGN Romgaz SA CEO, Razvan POPESCU.
