PRESS RELEASE - ROMGAZ Board Member Selection Process Completed

The process of selecting the members of the Board of Directors of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. has been carried out in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No.109/2011 and Resolution No. 9/20.12.2017 approving commencement of the process and authorizing the Board of Directors to fully carry out the process.
The process has been completed with a final Report including a short list of 21 candidates, amoung which the Ministry of Energy will propose its representatives in the Board of Directors to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
