Societatea Naționala de Gaze Naturale ROMGAZ SA Board of Directors appointed Aristotel Marius Jude as Chief Executive Officer, for a temporary mandate of 2 months, following the resignation of Daniel Corneliu Pena as of February 15, former Deputy Chief Executive Officer having mandate and duties as chief executive officer.
