Report on 2024 Preliminary Consolidated Annual Report

ROMGAZ published the Preliminary Consolidated Annual Report on the Group's Economic and Financial Activity, as of December 31, 2024.

The estimated natural gas production for 2024 was 4,962.7 mil.mc, 174.2 mil.mc higher than the production achieved in the previous year (+3.64%). Compared to the third quarter of 2024, the turnover was higher by 32.72%, and compared to the fourth quarter of 2023 it increased by 4.93%.

Consolidated net profit of 3,219.43 mln. lei, was higher by 14.48%, respectively by 407.32 mln. lei, compared to the same period of the previous year.
