ROMGAZ – 2013 RESULTS

On April 30, 2014, S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. has organized the analysts and investors meeting for presenting the financial annual results of 2013, in two sessions, one as a presentation conference held in Romanian in the morning session, followed by a conference call held in English in the afternoon session.

Romgaz undertakes geological exploration in order to discover new gas reserves, produces methane by exploiting the reservoirs included in the company portfolio, stores natural gas in the underground deposits, interventions, workover and special operations on wells and technological transport. In 2026, ROMGAZ continued its development and vertical integration strategy by taking over AZOMUREȘ’s production operations, one of Romania’s leading producers of fertilizers for the agricultural sector.
