ROMGAZ – 2015 Preliminary Results

ROMGAZ organized two conference calls on February 17, 2016, to discuss the preliminary financial results recorded in 2015.
The conference calls were held in Romanian at 12:00 noon and at 3:00 pm local time in English.

Romgaz undertakes geological exploration in order to discover new gas reserves, produces methane by exploiting the reservoirs included in the company portfolio, stores natural gas in the underground deposits, interventions, workover and special operations on wells and technological transport. In 2026, ROMGAZ continued its development and vertical integration strategy by taking over AZOMUREȘ’s production operations, one of Romania’s leading producers of fertilizers for the agricultural sector.
