ROMGAZ - EduHub - a new mentorship program to support employees’ professional development
ROMGAZ started the internal mentorship program, an initiative that fosters professional experience exchange and development within the company.
EduHub Romgaz mentorship brings together 32 mentors, experienced professionals from Romgaz, and 82 trainees – coworkers eager to develop their skills and learn directly from professionals in various fields.
The mentorship participants will work together during dedicated mentoring sessions covering 17 relevant areas: tech and operational fields, natural gas exploration and production, drilling, electricity, digitalization and tech ecosystems, leadership and management, corporate communication, human resources and career development, ethics, project investments and development, sustainability and energy transition, as well as other relevant fields of the natural gas and energy industry.
The program provides the participants with the opportunity to learn form mentor’s practical experience, through a process based on dialogue, exchange of insights and best practices.
Romgaz EduHub program is meant to create a framework for learning inspired by experience where collaboration among coworkers provides professional development and an organizational culture based on trust and progress.
