ROMGAZ – First €500 million EMTNs issuance to be listed on BVB, Tuesday, November 19, 2024

On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) will open the trading session together with ROMGAZ, the largest gas producer and main supplier in Romania, a company listed at the stock exchange more than ten years ago. The BVB bell will ring to mark the start of trading on Bucharest Stock Exchange of ROMGAZ first issuance of notes amounting to €500 million, under ROMGAZ Euro Medium Term Notes Program (EMTN Program).
