ROMGAZ – Quarterly Results Q1 2015

On May 14, 2015, at 1:30 PM (Romania time), S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. organized a conference call with analysts and investors to present the financial results reported in the First Quarter of 2015.

Romgaz undertakes geological exploration in order to discover new gas reserves, produces methane by exploiting the reservoirs included in the company portfolio, stores natural gas in the underground deposits, interventions, workover and special operations on wells and technological transport. In 2026, ROMGAZ continued its development and vertical integration strategy by taking over AZOMUREȘ’s production operations, one of Romania’s leading producers of fertilizers for the agricultural sector.
