ROMGAZ supports the 2024 EDU CUP High School Basketball Competition Project

EDU Cup basketball competition between high schools started on November 5, 2024 and has brought together 24 state and private high schools in Bucharest . The competition is organized in partnership with the School Inspectorate of Bucharest, where ROMGAZ is the main sponsor.
EDU Cup is not just about basketball: ROMGAZ believes that investing in young people and sports is an investment in our common future. We are happy to support the EDU CUP for the third consecutive year, thus making available to young people a platform enabling development of their sports skills, discipline, team spirit and fair play – fundamental values for life", stated ROMGAZ CEO Răzvan Popescu.
For the third consecutive year, 24 high school teams compete against each other in the most spectacular competition organized in Bucharest. The games are scheduled between November 5 and December 15, during almost six weeks.
