Sand control equipment

Sircoss has 2 sand blenders for obtaining constant (filtered) fluid/sand ratio during operation and a 4 cubic meters mixer for preparing  high viscosity gels and for blending these gels with sand.

The two blender types are:

1.    1,500 l/minute flow,used for gravel packing activities;

2.    3,000 l/minute flow, for gravel packing and fracpack activities;

They are equipped with manifolds and stainless steel vessels for obtaining fluid and sand mixtures and for sand storing. They are driven by thermal engines; the control of constant ratio is achieved by hydraulic activated servo-systems. The basin is made of stainless steel, the mixture is blended by means of hydrostatic engines equipped with reducers and the discharge is made by means of centrifugal pumps with hydraulic drive.

The equipment can be transported on national roads and is within the accepted size-range.
