ROMGAZ provided financial support for the project “Continuous Improvement for Safety and Quality in INSMC Alessandrescu – Rusescu”, initiated by the National Institute for Mother and Child Health “Alessandrescu – Rusescu”” of Bucharest.

The project aimed at procuring of reagents and drugs to ensure performance in best conditions of the medical activity of the two laboratories for both the Polizu Department and the Pediatrics Department, with a significant favorable impact on the medical act.
INSMC “Alessandrescu – Rusescu” is a benchmark healthcare unit in the medical area. It is subordinated to the Ministry of Health, and was established in the 1950s, as a necessity of developing the public healthcare, prevention, and curative services for women and children.

Currently, it provides medical services through its four university clinics, integrated within the Institute, having a role in underpinning, through assessments and research works, the policies of the Ministry of Health in that area.
