Students from the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology - UMFST Târgu Mureș participated in an interactive workshop hosted by Ioan Ghirca, Head of the Electrical Exploitation Section of the Iernut Thermal Power Plant. The students had the opportunity to delve into technical details on how a gas turbine power plant works and learned about the advantage of using this technology that contributes to a cleaner and more sustainable energy future.

ROMGAZ has issued the first tranche of 5-year international bonds, worth EUR 500 million, to support investment plans. The demand from investors exceeded the supply by more than 10 times, and the award interest stood at the level of 4.776%.

Fitch Ratings Limited (“Fitch”) has assigned S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A.'s (BBB-/Stable) proposed notes an expected 'BBB-(EXP)' senior unsecured rating. Fitch has also assigned Romgaz's Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme an expected 'BBB-(EXP)' senior unsecured rating.
