ROMGAZ provided financial support for the project "Modernization of IT infrastructure through the development of a new redundant Data Centre synchronized with the current one," initiated by the Hope for Children of Romania Foundation, Bucharest.  

The Foundation was established in 1994 and resumed activities in 2011, provides all the funds necessary to modernize and complete the material base required to care for children admitted to M.S. Curie Children's Hospital in conditions as close as possible to international standards. 

Major projects include: Modernization of the ENT operating theatre, modernization of the food block, modernization of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, modernization of the operating theatre, modernization of neurosurgery, pathological anatomy, etc.
In addition to current patients, 250 newborns with critical conditions and severe malformations, another 200 newborns with critical conditions and patients with parenteral nutrition, cared for at home, will be treated annually. Medical staff, nurses, and resident doctors, specialists, students from the MS Curie Hospital, doctors from other hospitals in the country, and UMF Carol Davila will benefit from the educational process.
