ROMGAZ provides financial support for the project "Înotăm pentru viitor"

ROMGAZ provides financial support for the project "Înotăm pentru viitor" (We swim for the future), Mirabo Team Sibiu Sports Club Association, Sibiu County. The association was established to support local competitive swimming and to organize events and competitions in modern pentathlon. It was founded and is led by three former elite athletes who are now professional swimming coaches.

The association supports the development and performance of children aged 5–16, covering all levels: initiation, beginner, advanced, and performance. Activities are held in rented pools at the Aria Sibiu Leisure Complex, the swimming pool of Military Unit 01512, and occasionally at the Alba Iulia swimming pool. Children in the advanced and performance groups regularly take part in regional competitions organized by swimming clubs across the country. These trips are paid by the association and the athletes’ parents.
